Dana Winik

Accredited Practising Dietitian/Accredited Nutritionist

Dana Winik is a passionate and dedicated Dietitian with nearly 20 years of experience in the dietetics industry. She previously worked as a Clinical Dietitian at St Vincent’s Hospital. During her time at the hospital, Dana began working in private practice part-time and established Munch Dietetics in Bondi Junction, Sydney.

Dana now dedicates all her time to Munch Dietetics where she works full-time as the Principal Dietitian.
 Throughout her career Dana has developed expertise in a number of areas of personal and clinical interest. These include weight management, insulin resistance, polycystic ovary syndrome, irritable bowel syndrome, fertility, high cholesterol, diabetes and cancer.

Dana’s inspiration to be a Dietitian comes from her desire to help clients discover how food has the power to prevent/treat chronic disease, promote longevity, increase energy and concentration levels and improve quality of life.

Debbie Kertesz

  • Debbie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with Masters degrees in both Nutrition and Dietetics and Public Health. With nearly 30 years of dietetic experience, Debbie has a wealth of knowledge and is passionate about helping individuals in a variety of clinical areas including weight management, diabetes, heart disease, gut health and plant-based diets.

    She has a calm and empathetic approach and strongly believes in the power of food in managing a variety of clinical conditions. Debbie's advice is personalised, practical and realistic to incorporate with the demands of day to day living.

Christina Forsyth

  • Christina is an Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist, renowned for her exceptional ability to nurture and empower clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Metabolism and a Master of Nutrition & Dietetics, both from the University of Sydney. As a dedicated member of the Dietitians Association of Australia, as well as being a member of the Australasian Menopause Society, Christina is committed to upholding the highest standards of her profession. 

    With a compassionate and empathetic approach, Christina passionately believes in the transformative power of food and nutrition to enhance health outcomes. Utilising Medical Nutrition Therapy, she employs a client-centred methodology to design personalised diet and lifestyle strategies that not only elevate quality of life but also promote optimal well-being. 

    Her expertise spans key areas such as gut health, cardiovascular wellness, weight management, and menopause, where she integrates evidence-based practices to foster lasting change. Christina’s unwavering commitment to her clients positions her as a leader in the field, making a significant impact on the health journeys of those she serves.
